Claiming the championship title, Mojang Priangan and the Persib Bandung Academy earn tickets to Kudus.

The final week of the HYDROPLUS Soccer League Bandung, held at the Pusdikpom Field in Cimahi, West Java on Saturday (16/5), featured a fierce battle in the U-15 category. Mojang Priangan successfully secured the championship title after defeating Setia Srikandi 4-0. Meanwhile, in the U-18 category, the Persib Bandung Academy emerged as champions after successfully accumulating 40 points throughout the league, which was initiated by the Djarum Foundation's Sports Charity and HYDROPLUS.

In the closing match of the U-15 sector, Mojang Priangan truly dominated the game against Setia Srikandi. Even just two minutes into the match, Mojang Priangan took the lead with a goal scored by Nayla Aulianti thru a header. That quick goal made Mojang Priangan even more confident in controlling the course of the match.

The dominance of Mojang Priangan bore fruit again with a goal in the 18th minute. Once again, Nayla Aulianti marked her name on the scoreboard. Taking advantage of a high ball situation in front of the goal, Nayla successfully won the aerial duel and headed the ball into the opponent's net, giving her team a 2-0 lead.

A two-goal lead made Mojang Priangan's game even more comfortable. They continued to dominate the midfield and maintained the intensity of their attacks until the final minutes of the first half. In the 24th minute, Mojang Priangan was awarded a penalty. Ranna Dzakira Silva, who stepped up as the executor, carried out her task perfectly. The penalty kick he took was not stopped by the Setia Srikandi goalkeeper, and it simultaneously ended the first half with his team leading 3-0.

Entering the second half, Mojang Priangan did not ease their attack. They remained disciplined and continued to seek additional goal opportunities. Meanwhile, Srikandi tried to improve their game and pressed thru quick counterattacks. Mojang Priangan finally extended their lead in the 44th minute. Fathin Rafifa Rabbani successfully scored her team's fourth goal after her shot smoothly slid into the Srikandi's net. The goal also capped off the victory celebration for Mojang Priangan with a final score of 4-0.

Mojang Priangan's victory over Setia Srikandi secured them the championship title, even tho their toughest rival, Goal Aksis, won 2-0 against SSB Pindad. Despite both teams collecting 46 points, Mojang Priangan had a superior goal difference compared to Goal Aksis, with 91 goals against 55.

Head Coach of Mojang Priangan, Imam Sujagad, expressed his happiness in being able to help his team become champions. He believes that this success is inseparable from the hard work of the players who have fought their best throughout the league. Consistency in scoring goals in every match was also the key for Mojang Priangan to clinch the championship title.

"Alhamdulillah for the league match results in the last week, we were able to maximize it with goal aggregate. Because our points were the same, chasing each other, but we emphasized to the players to score goals. Because from the beginning, we realized how incredibly tight the competition was." We do not look at the bottom or middle of the table, everyone is improving and always evaluating, so the teams here are getting better in every match," said Imam.

Meanwhile, the captain of Mojang Priangan, Nayla Aulianti, is proud that the hard work she and her teammates put in during the league has yielded maximum results. "I feel proud because the hard training I have done has paid off for the team to become champions. In the future, I want to strive and become champions again," Nayla said.

In the U-18 category, Akademi Persib Bandung emerged as the champion after topping the final standings with 40 points, defeating Goal Aksis with a score of 3-1. Having initially fallen behind, Persib Bandung Academy managed to turn the tables in the second half with three goals scored by Keyra Az-zahra (43), Dwi Aprilia Harahap (65), and Fatima Isya Daud (68).

Head Coach of Akademi Persib Bandung U-18, Dian Nadia Mutiara, is pleased that her team could become champions in this event. However, he also noted that there are several things that need to be improved before competing in the next tournament. "In the first half, we need to be more prepared once we are on the field." Don't let your guard down at the beginning. Earlier, they weren't ready to compete, so maybe in the future we need to be more prepared from the first minute to the last minute, and we really need to focus," said Dian.

In addition to receiving the championship trophy, the champions in the U-15 and U-18 categories also received a development fund prize of Rp40 million. Meanwhile, the runners-up received a development fund prize of Rp20 million.

Tiered Competitive Platform Toward Higher Levels

HYDROPLUS Soccer League is held in four cities, namely Bandung, Jakarta, Surabaya, and Kudus, since October 2025. Participated by 50 U-15 teams and 27 U-18 teams, this women's soccer league is a tiered competitive platform organized by the Bakti Olahraga Djarum Foundation. At the younger age levels, there is the MilkLife Soccer Challenge held in 12 cities in Indonesia targeting U-8, U-10, and U-12.

Program Director of the HYDROPLUS Soccer League, Teddy Tjahjono, stated that this competition is an advanced stage for potential female footballers to gain regular match experience in order to hone their skills and abilities in handling the round leather ball. The presence of this league also provides a competitive and structured space for young female players to continue developing their careers in the world of professional soccer.

"After they start to love soccer thru the MilkLife Soccer Challenge, at an older age we hold the HYDROPLUS Soccer League aimed at nurturing the talent and potential of female athletes who want to take soccer more seriously thru league system matches. This way, every week the athletes can hone and evaluate their skills to perform even better," said Teddy.

This league is also important for athletes because it can serve as a bridge for female footballers before they move up to the senior level. "Currently, the HYDROPLUS Soccer League is the only U-15 and U-18 girls' football league operating in Indonesia. Thus, this league is expected to become a talent pool for elite clubs that want to form women's football teams and also for federations looking for potential candidates to fill the national team squad," Teddy explained.

In line with that, the Head Coach of the Indonesian Women's National Team, Satoru Mochizuki, who brought along the Senior Women's National Team squad to watch the final week of the HYDROPLUS Soccer League, stated that this league is a very important platform for the growth of women's football in Indonesia. Because the players gain experience and hone their skills while competing on the field. This experience can have a positive impact on the interests of the Indonesian Women's National Team in the future.

"I am very grateful because the presence of the HYDROPLUS Soccer League is important for the development of the Indonesian football ecosystem." I hope this program continues to be promoted so that it can improve in the future. From the thousands of athletes who competed, we saw many potential talents emerging. Of course, we will continue to monitor their development and hopefully, they will be able to join the Indonesian National Team in the future," emphasized Satoru Mochizuki.

Positive feedback regarding the HYDROPLUS Soccer League also came from the captain of the Indonesian Women's National Team, Shafira Ika Putri Kartini. She felt satisfied watching the players' actions during the matches because they already had quite good playing skills. In fact, Shafira sees that there are several players who are already above average and deserve to join the Indonesian National Team.

"When I was 15 and 18 years old, there were no leagues and competitions like this." Back then, if you wanted to practice, you had to play with boys' teams, but nowadays it's different, and it's also nice to see women's football in Indonesia progressing. "Hopefully, in the future, women's football will continue to develop and make Indonesia proud," said Shafira.

Some talents that caught attention throughout the HYDROPLUS Soccer League in Bandung were Amanda Fitriani and Kazumi Zalfa Arrobi Nurlan. Both are key players for the Goal Aksis team and also graduates of the MilkLife Soccer Challenge Bandung. Their impressive performances led Amanda and Kazumi to be selected by the coach of the Indonesian U-17 Women's National Team, Timo Scheunemann, to participate in a Training Camp in Clairefontaine, France.

Beside Amanda and Kazumi, the HYDROPLUS Soccer League has also produced other young talents who continue to develop, one of whom is Nafeeza Ayasha Nori. The player, who actively competes with the Mojang Priangan team, was even trusted to strengthen the Filipino team, Makati FC, when she was 14 years old.
After winning the HYDROPLUS Soccer League Bandung title, Mojang Priangan and the Persib Bandung Academy secured tickets to compete in the HYDROPLUS Soccer League All-Stars, which will be held in Kudus in July 2026.
