Since the 1970s, PB Djarum athletes have achieved significant international success, bringing recognition to the nation. Notable athletes include Christian Hadinata, Liem Swie King, Kartono H. Atmanto, Hastomo Arbi, Hadiyanto T. Wirawan, Heryanto Saputra, Hadibowo Sutanto, Ivana Lie, Eddy Kurniawan, Aryono Miranat, Rudy Gunawan, Eddy Hartono, Alan Budi Kusuma, Ardy B. Wiranata, Antonius Budi Arianto, Denny Kantono, Hariyanto Arbi, Minarti Timur, Yuliani Sentosa, Yuni Kartika, Zelin Resiana, Luluk Hadiyanto, Budi Santoso, Eng Hian, Sigit Budiarto, Maria Kristin Yulianti, Liliyana Natsir, Tontowi Ahmad, Debby Susanto, Mohammad Ahsan, Praveen Jordan, Melati Daeva Oktavianti, Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo, Shesar Hiren Rhustavito, Daniel Marthin, and Leo Rolly Carnando.

As a leading badminton academy, PB Djarum has successfully produced coaches to support the national team and develop badminton as a popular sport on the global stage. To this day, PB Djarum alumni have become world-class coaches, working with national and international clubs across four continents: Asia, Australia, Europe, and America. In total, PB Djarum alumni have trained athletes in 17 countries.

To ensure that Indonesia can continue to uphold its success in badminton, we have established the PB Djarum Athlete General Audition program, held annually in various cities across Indonesia to scout promising young talents. In addition, we conduct Special Auditions for standout junior athletes achievements and those who we have talent scouted at regional championships. To promote the spirit of badminton nationwide, we also organize a range of programs and activities, including Djarum Badminton All Stars, Djarum Badminton Coaching Clinics, and Mabar (Main Bareng).

We are dedicated to reviving Indonesia’s women football through early childhood programs. This initiative began with training for both secular and religious (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) elementary sports teachers in Kudus, Central Java. Subsequently we organized the Milklife Soccer Challenge, a women’s soccer tournament for the U10 and U12 age groups. To date, our recruitment and coaching efforts for young female players have expanded to eight cities: Kudus, Surabaya, Semarang, Solo, Yogyakarta, Tangerang, Jakarta, and Bandung. Through this program, we aim to develop top-quality female soccer athletes who can make Indonesia proud on the international stage.

The MilkLife Athletics Challenge aims to get youngsters interested in sports from an early age, as part of building a sports ecosystem in Kudus and paving the way for the emergence of Indonesia’s future athletic champions.

The MilkLife Archery Challenge helps kids discover their passion for archery from an early age, opening up valuable opportunities for young talents in Kudus to hone their skills and achieve their dreams of becoming professional athletes.
